Ben Perry is the co-owner of Southeastern Resort Development LLC and the founder of Coast to Coast Contracting LLC. With a strong background in construction and project management, he has led numerous projects throughout the US, demonstrating his ability to manage diverse teams and maintain positive client relationships.

From 2017-2018, Ben served as a Project Manager at Stevens Construction, overseeing several high-profile projects. Noteworthy projects included infrastructure changeouts at Florida Hospital Tampa, alarm upgrades at Florida Hospital Connerton, and construction for Lennar Homes.

Previously, from 2010-2016, he was a Project Manager at DeAngelis Diamond Healthcare Group, where he completed notable healthcare projects like the ED and Surgery Expansion at Doctor’s Hospital of Sarasota and a $13M project for North Tampa Behavioral Health new Psychiatric Hospital.

Earlier in his career, Ben was a Project Manager at Spears Construction & Consulting LLC (2008-2009), where he managed projects like the catheterization laboratory renovation at Lower Keys Medical Center and cafeteria and boardroom renovation at Peace River Regional Medical Center.

Ben holds an Associate’s Degree in Building Construction Technology from Santa Fe College and has completed the state-certified surveying program at Lake Technical Institute. He also holds multiple certifications from the State of Florida, including General Contractor, Mold Remediation, Mold Assessor, Home and Property Inspector, Stormwater Management Inspector, and ATSSA Advanced MOT Inspector.

Brian Faircloth, a prominent figure in the recreational vehicle (RV) resort industry, serves as the owner and operator of Madison RV & Golf Resort. He also holds the position of co-owner at Southeastern Resort Development. Rooted in Perry, Florida, Brian’s journey started in his hometown where he received his education from public schools. His thirst for knowledge led him to further his studies at two renowned institutions – The University of Florida and Florida State University.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Brian served in law enforcement until 2005. His career took a new turn when he joined his family’s lumber business. There, he gained valuable experience in sales, marketing, and public relations. This broad exposure enabled him to understand the nuances of running a business, which later played a pivotal role in his own ventures.

Brian’s love for camping, which began in 2010, served as an inspiration for his future business endeavors. His passion for the outdoors led him to design Madison RV & Golf Resort in 2018, with construction commencing the following year. The resort, which opened its doors in January 2020, offers a unique blend of outdoor activities and luxury, providing visitors with an unforgettable experience. In October 2024, Madison RV & Golf Resort completed a successful sale and is now under new ownership.

In 2021, Brian teamed up with business partner Ben Perry to establish Southeastern Resort Development. The company was founded with the vision of assisting others in realizing their dream projects.

Leveraging Brian’s expertise in consulting, designing, and building RV resorts, Southeastern Resort Development has been instrumental in bringing several projects to fruition.

Brittany Hilburn is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and currently serves as the Controller at Southeastern Resort Development. She specializes in office administration and ensures operational efficiency within the company.

In 2012, Brittany became the Office Manager for a welding construction company in Oklahoma. She successfully managed an array of projects, from maintaining mineral quarry machinery to developing new aggregate plants. She worked closely with aggregate companies across Oklahoma and Texas, ensuring compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and DOT while efficiently managing daily office operations.
